1. Use a smaller bid.  I’m finding 5-10 cent bids across the board turned losing campaigns into HUGE winners!

2. Use a LOT of keywords.  I typically have anywhere from 500-1,000 keywords per campaign.

3. Test different price points.  One book I raised the price to $9.99 and it looked like a sudden dry up in sales.  I stuck it out though and after a week and a half, it’s looking more profitable.  Another book however benefited at least temporarily from dropping the price to .99 cents.
