degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science, she specialised in
Pilates and wrote her thesis on the incredible benefits of physical
activity and Pilates during pregnancy and postpartum. To deepen her
expertise, she pursued further specialization in mat Pilates and
pregnancy Pilates, spending years nurturing clients through one-on-one
and group classes.
