STP processes work below the level of mental activity.   They impact the experience of the sensations leading to the mental and emotional associations that freeze and prolong our experience of unwanted emotions, habits and beliefs.

Working below the level of mental processing allows for space for the reframing and re-consolidation of mental processing automatically!  It’s all because we are gliding on the natural tendencies of the nervous system which have been mapped scientifically.  Curious?

Traditional NLP and other approaches purport to  “permanently,” “eliminate” or “clear” issues.  This is a mistake and frankly a lie to our clients.  Why? Because it’s an “all or none” proposition.  Life is anything but “all or none.”  We can never cover every situation when the client may be triggered in the future.

So, what is the solution? The good news is there is one!  The key is to change the client’s relationship to their own sensations and reactions which are a result of a multitude of external triggers that may vary from context to context.  This creates resilience.  The idea here is you don’t have to fight the feelings or eliminate them.  There are better ways.

How can you do this?  You’ll learn a number of easy, valuable ways to do this.  Again, evidence-based.

These processes can easily be taught to clients – or yourself! – and can be used in everyday Life.  As you probably know, while many NLP and hypnotic techniques are very effective in a coaching/therapy context, they are too complex to be used in everyday life in the heat of the moment.  These processes are literally “ no-brainers” and can easily be done in the heat of the moment.

Access Alignment – Content-free unconscious activation of sensory systems to allow new data in to change habits.  This is another way to re-structure mental processing which had been associated with unwanted states and habits with or without using the other STP processes.   You’ll see some dramatic effects of this demonstrated in real time.
