You’ll dive deeply into key concepts, including resilience, post-traumatic growth, and the definitions of trauma.

In this session, you’ll:

• Experience empowering exercises, “Reflections Upon Resilience” and “Create Your Own Resilience Recipe”
• Discover a roadmap of the healing path as a guide for the journey ahead
• Learn the 5 types of resilience that empower your post-traumatic growth
• Discover the keys to post-traumatic growth to unlock optimal wellness
• Explore the 6 R’s of neuropsychotherapy as science-backed tools for positive growth

In this module, you’ll dive deep into the study of resilience and the body’s natural functions that help you heal from emotional trauma.

You’ll explore mind-body feedback, how your nervous system serves as a foundation for self-discovery, and how mindfulness of your nervous system’s state helps you make conscious choices to move out of a threat response.

Arielle will take you on an exploration of the human body, and you’ll understand that the body is equipped with an innate physiological resilience system called the autonomic nervous system.

In this session, you’ll:

• Be guided through a practice to enhance your social engagement system through sensory awareness, conscious breathing, and Brahmari Pranayama (a soothing breathing technique)
• Discover how to cultivate safe and social states that soothe your body and mind
• Learn about your nervous system — gaining an understand of yourself for positive change
• Discover the vagus nerve — often called the body’s superhighway to health
• Practice using the tools of natural vagus nerve stimulation to rewire your resilience

During this session, you’ll learn what’s required to build a strong foundation of resources to support your growth. The starting point is a realistic understanding of yourself, including your unique life experiences, current vulnerabilities, and existing strengths.

Arielle will guide you to use this self-inventory as a foundation to move you in the positive direction of your dreams and goals.

She’ll gently instruct you on how to care for and nurture yourself and create an environment that supports your post-trauma transformation.

In this session, you’ll:

• Visualize your inner retreat and create your tree of life
• Receive the essential resources that support your post-traumatic growth
• Cultivate the fertile ground of your resilience to enhance your mental and emotional wellbeing
• Explore the seasons of change as a foundation for personal growth, and learn to tailor your healing journey
• Attend to the garden of your mind to foster mental resilience
• Get to know your roots, your strengths, and your values — when you have a solid foundation, it’s easier to achieve higher aspirations

You’ll come home to your body through a practice of embodiment, helping you discover a rich connection to your intuition.

You’ll learn how to transform the usual consequences of trauma, including feeling disconnected, numb, cut off from your sensations, and separated from your intrinsic source of wisdom.

Arielle will take you on pilgrimage through embodiment practices where you’ll reconnect to yourself in body and soul so you can ultimately soften your defenses and be nourished by a connection to your innermost self.

In this session, you’ll:

• Experience an exercise that involves joint rotations, pandiculation, grounding, and empowering movements
• Discover the 5 stages of embodiment to support your journey of trauma recovery
• Explore the science of embodiment, and cultivate your own somatic intelligence to enhance your intuition
• Experience the power of grounding and embodied self-protection as resources to help you handle ongoing challenges and adversities
• Explore a guided, mindful-mobilization practice for mind-body health

In this module, you’ll explore the transformational hero’s journey, where you gather the essential inner resources required for the goal of emotional healing.

You’ll explore your emotions and how they are meant to surge, be fully felt, and then subside — and you’ll uncover why they’re called energy in motion.

Through Arielle’s compassionate guidance, you’ll discover how to successfully ride waves of change, transforming situations so you’ll feel lighter and experience an increased sense of freedom.

This powerful instruction can help awaken your authentic presence.

In this session, you’ll:

• Engage in several activities, including building your allies, experiencing a self-compassion practice, and enhancing your healing with the “Butterfly Tap”
• Receive the invitation to explore your own hero/heroine’s journey to facilitate a deeper dive into your own personal history
• Learn the tools that allow you to safely attend to your emotional burdens
• Cultivate your allies — creating a team to help you heal
• Discover the transformational practice of self-compassion, which is the root that allows your heart to flower

In this module, you’ll uncover the powerful truth: When the wounds of one generation remain unresolved, they can be inherited and passed down.

Arielle will reveal that when you heal from trauma, you not only influence your own life, but you also help heal collective trauma that may remain from experiences among your ancestors or community. When you are healed, Arielle teaches, you are not healed alone.

You’ll learn that your story is either binding you or freeing you, depending on how it’s told. Once you recognize that you’re carrying a family legacy, you’ll be able to choose how this story ends by letting go of the burdens of the past.

• Be gently led through an exercise to create coherence through a generational inquiry
• Recognize collective trauma and legacy burdens and how these can be carried across generations
• Discover the tools to reveal the best possible version of yourself
• Cultivate your resilience through the “ancestor effect”
• Attend to your ancestral lineage as you gather your cultural, spiritual, and legacy resources
• Awaken a deep connection to your soul as the foundation for a meaningful life
