• You must know where you are going before you set out on this journey. We will review the 3 organization models of Principal Agent, Team Leader and Corporate. Having clarity of what your future organization will look like is paramount.

Module 5 – Recruiting, Training & Retention Systems:

• Finding talent is not easy. During this session, you will learn the good, bad and ugly of building a team and hiring, training and retaining people on your team. I’ve made many mistakes in this area and learned the hard way how to build a Super Bowl caliber team. Learn from me and avoid the heartache and pitfalls in this area.

Module 6 – Accountability & Reporting Systems:

• Having clarity in your business is critically important as you begin to consider taking yourself out of production.
