In these “3 vs 1” lessons Sifu Fernandez explains features of Wing Chun that show its true importance: learning immediate reflexes, dealing with multiple opponents, and showing how to remain on your feet without being taken to the ground.

All 6 lessons give you a detailed breakdown of the many various situations that could occur. Including the possibilities of being taken to the ground and attacked by clubs and knives.

These are lessons developed and further improved by Sifu Fernandez’s direct experience with crowd control and hostile situations he was able to survive as in certain cases, he risked his life.

We suggest extreme care when practicing these lessons, as they could be very dangerous for the inexperienced person.

In parts 4-6 we go into:

– More in-depth explanations with many variations and possibilities in confronting multiple opponents.

– Explaining how to understand fear or the fight and flight concept

– How not to misunderstand fear or the urge of running away as a negative influence…rather teaching you to understand it and confronting it.
