Ivan Katz –  practices law in New Haven, Connecticut.  He was awarded his B.A. from the Georgetown University College of Arts & Sciences and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.  Since 1985 he has been a sole practitioner and in recent years his practice has been devoted to representing adults in Social Security disability claims.  He actively practices before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and before the ODAR offices in New Haven and Hartford, Connecticut.  He serves on the Executive Committee of the Disability Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.  Mr. Katz has presented at past NOSSCR conferences.

Raymond Kelly – a 1968 graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio followed by

Boston College Law School in 1971, spent his formative legal years in Northeastern CT with Tolland Windham Legal Assistance 1971-1974 before heading north to Keene, NH and NH Legal Assistance (1975-79). He’s been doing Social Security hearings throughout Northern New England and federal court appeals since the late 70’s.  A past NOSSCR President (2010-2011) he still maintains a busy solo practice in Manchester, NH where he is trying to understand the world of ERE & DDE. He wonders why judges don’t exercise discretion in developing a claimant’s medical records.  He has lived with the 5 day evidence rule since 2006 since New Hampshire is a prototype state.  He has many 5 day stories to pass on and hopefully lessen your burden.
