During the 7-week program, Master Mingtong Gu will guide you through the fundamental Wisdom Healing Qigong practices needed to successfully connect with your body as energy and harness its potential. Module 3: Changing Fear into Creativity: Kidney & Reproductive System (Recorded September 22)

In modern times, the catalysts of fear are just a click away on your smartphone or computer. This fear doesn’t just stay in the mind, it moves into the kidneys, prostate, ovaries and adrenal glands. The Qi becomes frozen.
