I also decided the only people I will learn from are from people doing better than me, and have life experience in what they are teaching, if they have never used what they are preaching then they are of no value to me!

I personally prefer someone more in your face a guy with a rowdier personality but Mike Gillette, as nice as he is, is a tough, tough man and deserves the attention of anyone looking to build physical and mental strength.
